For research purposes only. Not for human or veterinary consumption. Products sold by Apex Peptides are supplied only for lawful laboratory research purposes.

Products are not medicines, foods, cosmetics, or consumer health products. We do not provide guidance or recommendations regarding dosage, administration, or use in humans or animals.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any purchase, possession, handling, storage, and use of products is lawful and suitable for their research context.

By ordering, you confirm that you understand the research-use-only nature of the products and will not use them for human or veterinary consumption.

Orders and Acceptance

Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where details cannot be verified, payment fails, stock is unavailable, misuse is suspected, or fulfilment would be unlawful or inappropriate.

If an order is cancelled after payment, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method.

Product Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, and batch information accurate, but details may change without notice.

Required reconstitution water must be purchased separately.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Checkout is handled securely through Stripe or another approved payment provider.

You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery, and contact information so that we can process your order.

All site content, branding, product photography, layout, and copy belong to Apex Peptides or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or use site content commercially without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse of products, unlawful handling, inaccurate customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
